At Fluencyi, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and reliable learning experience for both students and tutors. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds, credits, rescheduling, or compensation may be provided.
a. Student Absence
If a student misses a scheduled lesson, the lesson will not be refunded, rescheduled, or credited. All lessons are conducted in a group format, and once a lesson has taken place, it is considered delivered.
b. Tutor Absence (With Prior Notice)
If a tutor is unable to attend a lesson and provides prior notice, the student will be informed in advance and the lesson will be rescheduled.
If this occurs more than twice within the same course, the student will receive a 5% discount on their next course enrollment.
c. Tutor Absence (Without Prior Notice)
If a tutor misses a lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be rescheduled.
If this occurs more than once within the same course, the student will receive a 5% discount on their next course enrollment.
If a student chooses to cancel a course, the following refund conditions apply:
● 100% refund if the cancellation request is made at least 3 days before the course start date.
● 80% refund if the cancellation request is made within 3 days before the course start date.
● 50% refund if the cancellation request is made after the first lesson.
● No refund will be issued after the second lesson.
If a course is cancelled by Fluencyi for any reason after it has started, students will receive:
● A refund for the remaining unused lessons, and
● A 10% discount applicable to any future course enrollment.
If a student submits a complaint regarding a tutor’s performance or technical issues caused by the tutor, Fluencyi will review the complaint carefully.
If the complaint is verified, Fluencyi may, at its discretion:
● Issue a partial or full refund,
● Provide compensation, or
● Reschedule the affected lessons.
All decisions regarding refunds, credits, rescheduling, and disputes are made by the Fluencyi Customer Support Team after reviewing the relevant information.
Students may submit one appeal if they believe there is a valid reason. However, once a final decision is made, it is generally not subject to further discussion.
● Refunds will not be issued for technical issues caused by the student, including but not limited to poor internet connection or device-related problems.
● Fluencyi reserves the right to interpret and apply this Refund Policy in a fair and consistent manner.
