Welcome to Fluencyi. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, lessons, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Users under 18 may only use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Students:
To access lessons, students must enroll in a course and provide accurate registration information.
Tutors:
Tutors must apply and be accepted by Fluencyi. Upon acceptance, a formal contract will be signed, and a tutor profile will be created by the platform before providing services.
Fluencyi provides group-based online lessons delivered by qualified tutors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, tutor, or service at any time.
All users agree to:
● Use the platform strictly for educational purposes
● Behave respectfully during lessons and communications
● Not arrange or conduct lessons outside the Fluencyi platform
● Comply with all platform policies and applicable laws
● All payments must be made in advance
● Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pound (EGP) and may vary by course or tutor
● Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
● Additional fees (e.g., currency conversion or bank fees) may apply
By enrolling in any course, students agree to the following:
a. Missed Lessons
● Lessons missed by the student are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, as all lessons are conducted in group format.
b. Tutor Absence
● With prior notice: the lesson will be rescheduled. If this happens more than twice in the same course, the student receives a 5% discount on the next course.
● Without prior notice: the lesson will be rescheduled. If this happens more than once, the student receives a 5% discount on the next course.
c. Course Cancellation by the Student
● 100% refund if cancellation is requested at least 3 days before the course start date
● 80% refund if cancellation is requested within 3 days before the start date
● 50% refund after completion of the first lesson
● No refund after completion of the second lesson
d. Course Cancellation by Fluencyi
If a course is canceled after it has started, students will receive:
● A refund for all unused lessons
● A 10% discount on a future course
e. Complaints & Technical Issues
● Tutor-related or platform-related issues will be reviewed by Fluencyi
● Verified cases may result in rescheduling, compensation, or refunds at our discretion
● No refunds are issued for student-side technical issues (internet, device, software)
f. Final Decisions
All refund and dispute decisions are made by the Fluencyi Support Team. One appeal may be submitted. All decisions are final and binding.
For Tutors:
Any inappropriate behavior may result in:
● Immediate course cancellation
● Full student refund
● Formal investigation
● Contract termination, depending on findings
For Students:
Any inappropriate behavior may result in:
● Lesson marked as completed
● Lesson or course cancellation according to the Refund Policy
Fluencyi reserves the final decision in all conduct-related matters.
● All lessons must be conducted exclusively through the Fluencyi platform
● Tutors found delivering lessons outside the platform will:
○ Have their contract terminated
○ Receive only 50% of their wallet balance as a penalty
All content, lesson materials, recordings, branding, and platform features are the exclusive property of Fluencyi and may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.
We are committed to protecting user data:
● Personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing
● Emails are used only for internal communication and offers
● Data is securely stored and managed by Fluencyi

Fluencyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including technical interruptions beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or platform policies, with or without prior notice.
Fluencyi may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Egyptian law.
